We had an excellent stay from start to finish. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was responsive and helpful—would definitely stay again!

The rooms were clean, host very prompt with all responses and helpful. The beach was within a very short walking distance. Perfect with little ones as well. Lots of beach toys, chairs and even a little wagon. Lots of shops and great eating spots within a short walking distance as well. Great location and service. We would book there again.

All shops and restaurant nearby. Historic downtown only 12 minutes away. Loved the mellow, slower vibe here in St. A. AND being able to walk to the beach. There are several units in the building and I did not know that I was booked in one not facing the beach. Our host was wonderfully responsive and helpful.

Great Beach Get Away!

My family and i really enjoyed our week long get away. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurant options. We had swafood, burgers, hotdogs, and ice cream all within walking distance. Groceey stores are just a short drive up the road as well. Highly recommend this property!

perfect 7th street stay

Property is very clean. Great location on 7th street beach side. Even had a Keurig coffee pot. Second stay in this 4 plex and we will certainly be back.

Very clean and updated close to beach

The property was in great shape and appeared to be recently updated. Beds were comfortable. The beach chairs available for our use was a nice feature.

Great St Augustine location.

Not only is this gem of a property within minutes all St Augustine attractions, it is only a few steps to the beach. The unit was spacious, comfy beds, washer/dryer right in unit, and kitchen large enough to make full meals. This was a great unit for our family.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!

We just spent two incredible days at the Palm Street Suite, and everything was simply perfect. The space was incredibly comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. From the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was spot on. The best part? The beach was just steps away—truly unbeatable! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Quiet, Clean, Perfect Location

We were in town for a wedding with our two children, who are 2 and 1. It was easy to find, in a great location next to the beach, and the second bedroom is huge (perfect for pack and plays or other kids beds). We would love to book again in the future.

Great stay!

The trip was amazing, very clean and organized unit. It had everything we could have asked for and more especially with the beach gear. Lauren was very communicative and we had no issues. Literally steps from a very mice and clean beach. Will definitely be back.

Great short vacation

The Palm Tree Suite was the perfect property for our short getaway. The location is excellent, really close to the beach. The appliances modern, new and easy to use. The decoration and furniture made the Palm Tree Suite feel cozy and welcoming.We have been to St Augustine Beach before and this is by far the best property we have been to. Lauren is a great host, very responsive and really patient with the "trillion" of questions I asked.

Perfect spot

We stayed to attend Nights of Lights but also wanted to be close to the beach. It was perfect as we booked the Old Town Trolley & caught their beach bus across the street at the Courtyard Marriott. On New Year’s Eve we watched the fireworks from the boardwalk down the street. It was the perfect spot away from the crowds and perfectly situated with the quiet beach & restaurant area. The place was cozy & clean. Just the right size for our party of 5!

Great location

The suite was located an easy and quick walk from the beach and behind a great ice cream shop. It’s centrally located on the strip. The owner provides beach chairs which makes packing much easier. Two good sized parking spaces comes with rental. The outdoor shower was a life saver after a sandy day on the beach. It was perfect for my two teenagers, two queen sized beds in the second bedroom.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our visit. One small recommendation. Fix or install small lights on the steps to the balcony patio. After dark and early in the morning it is hard to see and one might fall. It was great, thanks again. Stuart & Mariya
