Living Space
Three spacious levels connected by a private elevator make the layout as easy as it is generous. The open-concept living area flows naturally, with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and smart TVs keeping things comfortable after a long beach day.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker - everything needed to cook and eat well. A dining table and BBQ grill round out your options, indoors or out.

Sleeping Arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds. The primary suite includes a full bathroom, and the home offers 2.5 baths total, plus in-unit washer and dryer.

Outdoor & Water Access
Beach access sits just across A1A, and the saltwater pool - shared with the neighboring Salt Therapy South unit - is steps from your back door. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach towels and chairs are provided, and an outdoor shower is ready after every beach or pool visit. Boat and trailer parking is available on-site, with an Intracoastal launch one block away.

Minutes from grocery stores, local restaurants, and the historic heart of St. Augustine - everything you need is within easy reach.

Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (up to 2). Keyless entry, dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles are all included. We are a Local Host Company.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
