My family and I were able to do a late check in and had no problems. There is a 24 hour security guard which made us feel safe. The facilities were easily accessible. We had access to 2 pools and a hot tub. The location was only a short distance from lots of local restaurants , ice cream stands, souvenir shops and putt-putt golf. We met lots of new friends and overall had an amazing family vacation.

Great location, very nice apartment...

The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious for two people. Very quiet (okay, it was offseason).The location is great, right at the beach; either short drives to restaurants (e.g. "Salt Life Food Shack", highly recommended) and Winn-Dixie or even within walking distance ("Beachcomber", also highly recommended). The communication with the host regarding check-in etc. was "professional"; apparently boiler-plate text modules (AI-generated?) as I got the information regarding the two forms to be filled out before check-in three times also I already confirmed right after booking that I filled out the two forms. When I mentioned after check-in that one of the chairs on the balcony had a broken back, I got a standard "how was your check-in" message as response but no comment on the broken chair. Annoying if not to say pathetic...

This property is exactly as listed. Great location, easy access to the beach. It is a 3rd floor location with no elevator so must be able bodied. The twin beds are very low to the floor which could be a challenge for older adults, best suited for children. We enjoyed the balcony in the early mornings but the balcony door does not slide easily, again not for the weak or for children, but doable. I would advise to check in with the office to insure you have the latest code for the gate to the beach, because without it you will be locked out of the complex. The gate code is evidently changed frequently. We had a great stay and would recommend this location.

Adorable condo with perfect location

This condo is all about LOCATION. The cozy, updated condo is located right at a private beach access. It was clean and well appointed. The bedroom with twin beds has comfortable beds and there were extra blankets. There are beach towels provided and we saw some sand toys and boogie boards as well, but had brought ours from home. The pools and hot tubs were very well maintained, as is the entire property. The property was quiet and walkable to mini golf, a few restaurants, and nature areas. Driving along A1A or to downtown is quick and easy. Owner was quick to respond.Note: the condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. You will need to pay for a parking pass, 15 per vehicle. The office requires your drivers license and they have no privacy agreement for storage or destruction of that data. They change the beach access gate code every three months. We were given the wrong code but lucked out with someone else coming off the beach and then got the new one that changed April 1. We confirmed this by going back to the gate house for the correct one.

Nice condo and well stocked. The bathroom faucets have some hard water build up that needs some attention. Location couldn’t have been better - easy access to the beach and close to restaurants.

Great location/pool/beach

I love the location, kitchen, couch, pool, hot tub, beautiful beach, the complex in general, and the cleanliness of the condo. Communication from the owners was excellent. Smaller bedroom in the front is fine for children but less comfortable for adults. Would stay there again.

Life Was Great at Life Is Good

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Convenient location. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful pool. Ms. Sally at the gate was always happy. We had sightseeing, beach time and pool time. We enjoyed dinners at Mango Mangoes, Columbia and Beachcombers. My husband wants to know where to purchase the super soft blanket. This condo is well taken care of. We would recommend it 10/10.

Life is Good Beach Condo review

The property's proximity to the beach with private access made it incredibly convenient. However, upon arrival, despite the property being advertised as non-smoking, we noticed a lingering cigarette/smoke smell, particularly noticeable in the master bedroom and bathroom. After reporting this to the property manager, she was understanding but unsure of the cause. Thankfully, antihistamines provided some relief. Additionally, the beds were squeaky, disrupting sleep whenever my spouse moved. Despite these challenges, we managed. There were also issues with the lockbox during checkout, necessitating a trip to the front office to return the keys. Throughout our stay, the property manager/owner remained courteous and helpful.

Great location!

We had a great time at the pool, beach, and pickle ball courts. We also walked to restaurants. The location is perfect. Mini golf, coffee shop, and ice cream parlor are also within walking distance. It was a lovely mother-daughter get away and we would stay here again.

Enjoyed our break in this beautiful condo

We loved the condo. It was perfect for our little family of 4. Location was perfect and you could walk to the nature trail which is next door. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very communicative. We spent all our days at the beach and also played pickle ball. We used the grill one night. Pools were alittle to chilly for us. Loved this condo community. The best location we stayed so far. Recommend Salt Water Cowboys and the Columbia restaurant.

We stayed in this same condo facility last year and loved coming back to experience the same level of safety, cleanliness, quiet and walkability. We love the location and find that homes and rentals here are very well maintained. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

The location was perfect with direct access to the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine. The condo was clean, updated and tastefully decorated. Christina was very responsive to all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Very Nice Stay

We had a great stay at the Life is Good condo. The condo itself is very nice, very clean and provided all the items you need for a stay. Our first time to the area and the location was great, on the beach, short drive to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The hosts were easy to communicate with and would highly recommend this property.

Great location

My wife and I had a very relaxing week. The condo had everything we needed and was very quiet. The beach was a few steps away and there were several restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful condo, great location

We came in town for the Sing Out Loud Festival. I wanted somewhere on the beach instead of in town. This was perfect. It wasn't too far from downtown. We even walked to Beachcomber, then played putt putt down the street. Loved the private beach access. I will definitely book here again. Super clean and comfy. We had a great time. It was really nice to be able to come back from town and take a late walk on the beach.

Great property

Great little property. Updated and modern. Clean. Comfy and cozy. Has everything you need for a great stay. The beach is a very short walk away and chairs and beach towels are provided. I think there was even a small cooler to take to the beach. Check in was a breeze and Christina was easy to access and a great communicator. I would definitely book again.

Awesome Stay!

Christina was so responsive and accommodating after our other reservation was cancelled just two hours before we arrived. Christina allowed us to check in that same day with almost no notice but the condo was immaculate! This place is very modern and everything was comfortable. The building has its own hot tub in the courtyard and one of the pools is around 100 feet away. The walk to the beach was also easy and close. And Publix is just down the street, close enough to bike to while mini golf is less than a half mile away. We definitely recommend it for any family looking to have a great time in St Augustine!
