Very responsive host, room was perfect and super close to everything! We were able to walk everywhere and had a great time! Walls are a bit thin but overall really enjoyed it!

Saint Augustine stay

Comfortable and quiet base from which to explore Saint Augustine. Clean and quiet, most major attractions are within walking distance. Enjoyed my time here would stay again if I’m in the area.

Great stay

Great, modern room with everything you could need. Hosts regularly checked in to see if we needed anything else. Excellent location within short walking distance of the historic district. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The host was attentive; however the entry key pad was not responsive at first and wasn't sure what to do; the sliding bathroom door was not secure and left very little privacy; the shelf above the sink was loose and could not hold anything; the air purifier outlet was very loose; the microwave was not standard and took some time to figure out. However, the location was good, off street parking good and charger pads good.

Perfect Cozy Spot

We had a wonderful stay at the Dylan. We were in town to view the nights of lights in Saint Augustine. The location is very close to downtown so it was easy to walk. The bed was very comfy in the room and we slept great. Everything is really clean. It was really a perfect day

Great Little Place

Great Location! Walking distance from St George St. and other touristy spots. Very Clean! Jared and Monica were great hosts!! They messaged us a couple of times during our stay to ask if we needed anything which was very sweet. We will 100% stay there again if we are coming to town!!

Wonderful

Jared is a great host. Location is fantastic, you can easily walk to everything downtown has to offer. The room was perfect, the air conditioning worked wonderfully in the heat. Parking was easy. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Historic downtown walkability

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communications were easy and the room was exactly what we needed. We parked the car and didn't move it until our departure. We walked everywhere and Ubered a couple of times for some more distant locations. Room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend

Great property with easy walking to all our activities. Host Jared gave recommendations for dinner and he was spot on. Comfy bed and clean room. Nice hot shower! Will Consider another trip and will contact this Host.

Walking distance to downtown

Half mile walk to shops/restaurants. We took our bicycles and rode all over too. Quiet street. Private access to your private bedroom/bathroom. Mini fridge if you want to store drinks away. Bed was VERY comfortable. Beats the heck out of a hotel! Recommended it to a friend who was asking about lodging in St Augustine.
