The property was clean and neat and met our needs very well. Our little rescue pup Tessie is 18 years old and could easily walk in and out of doors. Stairs are difficult for her now.

The host was great. Quick to respond and plenty of helpful suggestions for our stay. The house was lovely and well maintained. Beautiful location, wished we had more time to enjoy the backyard and the marsh. Close to old town, great restaurants and plenty of shops. Was pet friendly as well.

Great location, quiet, safe neighborhood convenient to alligator farm, downtown St Augustine, and restaurants and grocery shopping. Great fenced in back yard for keeping kids and dogs safe and contained. Clean house and plenty of seating room. We really enjoyed the back yard and sitting around the fire pit at night telling ghost stories and listening to the sounds of the marsh. Gas grill was clean and new. Very friendly next door neighbor. Enjoyed our stay very much!

We had the best time at the lovely house we rented. It is a beautiful home in a quiet area with a fantastic backyard backing up to a marsh. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard and all the birds in the marsh. The house is very well equipped with anything you could need & more. The owner is wonderful and very kind. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Very comfortable home that has been upgraded with a spacious kitchen, modern bathrooms, open floor plan, and a washer/dryer combo. Although we didn’t have kids with us, it would be quite child-family friendly with plenty of playroom in the sunroom and backyard. Lots of plates and drinkware that are just right for youngsters.The website photos are absolutely accurate about the layout and decor of the home.The house was exquisitely clean and prepped for our stay…comfy bed and living room couch.There is a massive, modern TV that has most any streaming service that someone would be subscribed to watch.It’s in a non tourist neighborhood with easy access to the beach and other areas we wanted to visit, along with several restaurants and a grocery store very close by.There’s a large backyard with a lovely view of the marshlands.We can certainly recommend this property for anyone wanting to vacation in St Augustine

Great location, great house! We come for a long weekend with our pups and met friends. The house is extremely clean, had comfortable beds and was roomy enough that 4 adults and 2 dogs didn’t feel at all cramped. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive. There’s a fantastic bakery and coffee shop we enjoyed walking to, along with a cute little park. We Ubered everywhere and the fares were very reasonable from this location. I savored the peace and quiet on the back porch looking over the marsh. This is a wonderful spot for your visit!

I was born and raised in the area. We wanted to come back to visit family and beaches. The house was a good location in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner was very nice. This still gets an average rating. We have stayed in many rentals as a family. This one wasn’t terrible, but definitely lacked the details of an amazing rating. Cleanliness was our main gripe. It wasn’t very clean. Stains on comforters and sheets, trash under one of the beds upon arrival, crumbs stuck in the table cracks that have lived there for a long time. The dog wash station had a broken hose handle and no shampoo (owners reimbursed us for shampoo bought), the kitchen has 1 rag and lack of storage containers, the stove top had a broken burner, the Xbox is broken, a light bulb was out in the kitchen, empty bottle of lighter fluid and a broken light just sitting outside in the yard, and lack of storage in the primary. Just general things that could be improved if the owners stayed in their property so they could add a few details to make it more comfortable. We had to hand wash utensils and pots prior to use due to them not being clean. They had extra pillows, but not enough pillow cases. It was interesting because the neighborhood is so well taken care of it was a bit unexpected. But, we enjoyed being close to the beach and to my family.

We visited St Augustine from Sunday 7/6 to Sunday 7/13. I am so glad I booked this beautiful house! I had 6 guest and our big pup! The house was amazing. It felt so at home. We brought all types of things we thought we would need (soaps, cooking utensils, etc) but the house was stocked with everything already. The house sits on a very quiet street that was very walkable for our daily walks with our pup. We brought our electric scooters from home. One of my favorite memories is taking the scooters from the house to the old downtown area of the city where all of the historic buildings/fort is located. We went around 10:00 pm and felt very safe. The ride took us about 8 min. By car, the ride would have taken 3-4 minutes. Within a couple minutes walk there are a few shops to buy desserts and coffee. A few roads over which took about 8-9 minutes to walk you will find over stores such as CVS and Walgreens. Overall, this was my favorite rental I have ever booked and will definitely book again the next time we’re in St Augustine! Do not hesitate to book, you will be happy you did :)

Stayed with a pup!

We booked this place to explore downtown and go to a concert. Me and my cousin brought my Pomeranian who loved the backyard and walkable neighborhood. Host was very communicative! Would definitely recommend.

A Perfect Retreat for Our Family Celebration

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at this charming home with a marsh view in St. Augustine. We chose it for a special family trip to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday, and it exceeded our expectations.Our hosts, Laura and Jeremy, were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, providing helpful tips and resources that made planning our trip a breeze.The location is ideal - close enough to attractions but tucked away in a quiet, serene setting. The backyard overlooking the marsh was a highlight. I loved starting my mornings there with a cup of coffee, watching the local wildlife. Very relaxing!Inside, the house is well-appointed and comfortable. The layout worked great for our family, the beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean. Even though the temperature was cooler and dry, during our stay, the AC unit worked like a champ...very important in Florida.This home has been our favorite St. Augustine stay so far. It offered a perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility to the city's charms.
