Great stay

Property just as described Very clean and comfortable. Loved the koi pond and the relaxing sounds it made. Didn't have to share the pool which was awesome. Very convenient to attractions and good places to eat nearby.

Perfect location for a family stay

We loved everything about our stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Our young kids especially loved hunting lizards in the backyard in the morning, feeding the koi fish, and playing in the pool. Beds were cozy, our toddler passed out on the cozy couch after beach mornings more than once and there was plenty of space for our family. We loved being steps away from Cheba Hut & Mojo Tacos for convenient food stops on the way back from the beach. Also staying minutes away from the Alligator Farm & mini golf was amazing, we wasted no time driving around. St Augustine beach and Vilano beach were both beautiful and perfect for morning trips and evening walks after dinner at one of the restaurants recommended in the personal guide provided (super helpful for us). We couldn’t have asked for a better week and we hope to come back next year!

Wonderful Spring Break!

We absolutely loved staying here for our spring break. Cabe is a great host and responds quickly to communication, the house is clean and in a great location. We loved morning coffees watching the sunrise over the river and late night star gazing on the pool overlook deck. Our kids (and we) loved the pool and the house was gorgeous and comfortable for our group of six. Lots of amenities within the home, a well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds and furniture. The house was a quick trip to downtown or the beaches. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again another time soon!

Great property but Private pool setting is misleading

The property is great if you don't need or want a PRIVATE pool. Unfortunately, I was looking for a private pool when I rented this VRBO. The pool was marked as private so I chose this property but the pool is NOT private. It is shared amongst 3 properties. For this trip I had elderly family who wasn't comfortable sharing the pool with others so this was disappointing. I only used the online app on my phone and the very long description from the owners that would have indicated that pool was not really private did not show up in the pages I reviewed before purchase. VRBO puts the owner notes way below the link where you purchase the time at the property and even below where they show you other properties in same location. Owner should not indicate the pool is private AND VRBO should put the owner details further up.

Great stay in St. Augustine

We had a wonderful Spring Break getaway. House was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space. Loved the decks, pool and hammock swing. The Koi were fun to feed too. Super convienent to everything the city has to offer.

Winter Getaway

The place was awesome. Plenty of room for 6 to move around and find peace and quiet if needed. We had a couple of questions that were promptly addressed by Cabe. The pool was heated and clean the shower and bathroom are right there so no walking into house. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a perfect spot for our family of 5. We stayed 3 nights in St Augustine - and would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, comfortable and very spacious. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, we dipped our toes in and it was very warm. Our kids really liked the Koi pond. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful and relaxing

This is my second stay at this rental. It is such a beautiful place in a great location! It is very close to my family on Anastasia Island and Davis Shores! The accommodations are wonderful and accommodating and everything that you want or need is there! Communication with the owner is very good as well. I highly recommend.

Incredible Property, and wonderful owners

Our trip was cut short due to concerns about Hurricane Milton, but the owners were incredibly helpful with advice and assistance. We regret not being able to stay the full time because the home was perfect for us. Our 4-year old would have lived in the pool if we let him. He also loved feeding the fish in the Koi pond. The location is fantastic as well. It's very easy to get to downtown or the beach in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Cheba Hut for a toasted sub which is literally across the street. We also really enjoyed Osprey Tacos. The outside of the property is tropical/beachy feeling and comfortable. The inside is updated modern and was very clean. I can't think of anything at all that was lacking, and again I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the owners when we needed it.

Fantastic Stay and Location

Despite Hurricane Debby trying to ruin our quick little jaunt to St. Augustine, we managed a great couple of days at this property. What a fantastic location: walking distance to the Circle K, Mojo Taco; a short bike to Sarbez! and over the Lion Bridge to downtown. And the house? What a fantastic place! Plenty of room, on the water, pool, and a koi pond! The relax-o-meter is through the charts! We'll be back to this place for sure!

Cute and Quaint

Our family stayed in the Main House. The property was exactly as pictured and described. It was so cute and quaint. Nice to have the kitchen and a large dining area. The separate suite upstairs made it easy for us to unwind while the kids were all in their own areas on the main floor. Our kiddos loved the pool and watching boats from the lifeguard chair, and we loved lounging on the pool chairs. Convenient location super close to downtown, beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of entertainment while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay!

Felt like home!

This vacation rental was just like being at home! The house itself was lovely and well appointed! It’s a great location on Anastasia Island! You have everything you need in this rental and more! Very relaxing and peaceful. I will return again!
