Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

The house & pool were very clean & the area was very quiet. It was close enough to walk to St George St & other nice areas.The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with all necessities & the bed was comfortable.Roku is fine as most people have their own streaming services.The entrance steps gave me a good workout, but the owners have downstairs units available too.The owners were very responsive to all questions & replied quickly to all contacts.We had a great time there.
