A couple of the staff were very unfriendly!! Breakfast options were very expensive. Breakfast host was very nice and accommodating!! For an upscale facility I would have expected more things. Microwave, free breakfast, refrigerator that worked.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. The room was very clean and well-decorated, and the staff was both helpful and courteous. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of downtown activities. I appreciated not having to move my car for the duration of my stay. Overall, the experience was classy and comfortable.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The first friendly face to greet us was Olivia. Excellent check in. The room was clean and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The refrigerator didn’t work but was not a big deal. Overall would stay there again if we ever go back.

Room was ok but hairs on sheets, something splattered inside lampshade by bed, rug didn’t look like it had been vacuumed with debris on it, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the night (obviously not hotel’s fault), we couldn’t figure out how to turn off light on the stand above fridge so that was on all night keeping me awake.

We loved this hotel, everything was perfect and everyone was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in earlier which was great, there were many great attractions just across the street, we did not have the breakfast as we left early every morning but out beds and pillows were amazing
