This rental was exactly as described and SUPER CLEAN. We were impressed with how easy check in and out was (only requirements for checkout were to empty trash, which is awesome). The hosts were amazing about communicating and providing information. They included an aerial view of the path to the beach, super useful. I was worried about the walk to the beach but it's very quick. Note that you do have to cross A1A, but we never waited more than 30 seconds for traffic to clear and sometimes cars would even stop to let us through. There are steps on the boardwalk over the dunes, but they weren't too bad - just something of note if you have a lot of stuff to carry or little ones. We just each strapped a beach chair on our back and had each person carry what they wanted to bring. The rental included 4 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards and an umbrella as well as a few beach toys. There are also 4 beach towels. This is super convenient, love that there's less to pack! This is one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and it was so tastefully decorated. Note that if you have small dogs they may be able to squeeze through the fence.I don't have a single complaint other than I wish there was a normal coffee maker. They do have a keurig and a french press, so we made do. They also include some starter items which was really nice, including coffee pods, teas, creamer and sugars, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. It was expensive, but EVERYTHING is now.
