Esta suite con balcón en el cuarto piso está perfectamente ubicada en el centro de nuestro edificio frente al mar. El balcón tiene una hermosa vista al mar. La sala de estar tiene azulejos y tiene un sofá cama Queen, un cómodo sillón reclinable y un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 ". Disfruta de la brisa con un ventilador de techo en la sala de estar. La cocina está equipada con una estufa de vidrio con horno y todas las comodidades para que se sienta como en casa. El dormitorio privado también está alicatado. Very clean, lovely decoration, and convenient amenities. Condo living with a hotel feel. This little unit was perfect for a carefree getaway for the two of us. The balcony view, beachfront access, pool, location, and value make Beacher's hard to pass up!

Great little condo!

Loved our stay here. The property upkeep is much better than our last visit a few years ago. Clean pool, great view.

Perfect beach view. Small but very nice

Loved sitting drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the waves and sand below. Short walk on private beach entrance- pool was very nice. Everything was clean- would rent again-

The condo was perfect for us! The bed was super comfortable, place was clean, everyone was very friendly! The beach view was the best part and getting our toes in the sand. Thank you!

Beautiful view

The room is exactly as pictured, however, be prepared for a really small unit. After the initial shock of the size we decided it was perfect for the 2 of us. The listing says sleeps 4 but I think that would be a very uncomfortable stay. The ocean view is beautiful, we saw the best sunrises of any we have ever seen in 25 years of beach trips. The minimal interactions I had with the front desk and housekeeping were good, very polite and friendly staff. We would stay here again on a return trip.

Family Visit

Nice condo for a few days visiting family. It is small but very manageable for two people. Bad time of the year for enjoying the patio. The misquotes were all over the walls and roof of patio. Could not sit out and enjoy ocean front at all. Other than that, very nice stay.

Beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Beacher’s lodge, our condo was neat and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, and we were happy that it was pet friendly!! Big plu s for us! The screen was broken the whole time we were there, and that was quite unfortunate because we would have loved to leave the door open to be able To listen to the ocean. The staff at Beacher’s were very nice particularly the cleaning staff. All in all , a very nice time !!!! Thank you

Beachers Tiny House

Very clean and very small. I knew it would be small but it’s exceptionally small quarters for 3 average people. We Only stayed one night and I would not have liked to stay any longer due to size. Bed was comfy. Gorgeous view. Sliding glass door needs adjustment. Hard to push luggage up the ramp to our room. Nice visit for a short time

Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the oceanfront view and general proximity to local attractions. I WOULD NOT stay here again, as while it boasts of Wi-Fi, the entire resort uses the same Wi-Fi and THERE WASN'T ENOUGH BANDWIDTH TO RUN ANY DEVICES, including the streaming TV, VIA WI-FI and only LIMITED CHANNELS ON CABLE. We watched TV via my iPAD using my cellular service. For the price of this room, we should have unlimited Wi-Fi. Further, while all of the site staff were fabulous, the only answer for the Wi-Fi challenge was to try "tomorrow during the day"...which also didn't work. In this day and age, this is unacceptable.

Wonderful view!

View of beach was beautiful! Easy access to beach! Staff were friendly and helpful. However I would not stay here again. There was no covered area to unload and load vehicle. So if its raining you and your luggage will get wet. The bedding and sofa were worn out uncomfortable and need replacing. The condo itself could use some updating. The coffee maker was only 4 cup very small. The coffee maker and toaster worn out dated also need replacing. However view was amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect location to get out of the city. We drove up into St. Augustine on the days we didn't want a full beach day. This was secluded and felt safer due to not many having a major acces to the beach and no bars and shops along your beach area. The staff was friendly and the only reason it got a four stars for cleanliness is because upon arrival I had to sweep the floors. Although that is not a big deal of a little sand, etc. I'm being transparent. Other than that this was ideal and I would call this a hidden gem. You will see what I mean when you choose this place. We went down to Daytona one day and back. I felt like we could go wherever from here. We were in between. I will be coming back.

unit 416 needs some improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at Beacher's lodge because it's one of the few places in St Augustine with balconies offering an ocean view and they allow dogs. I had stayed in unit 416 multiple times but my last was over a year ago. This year I was disappointed to find the bed either needed rotated or replaced because the right side was sunk in, the sliding door was fogged over and needed replaced (ocean view was obscured unless slider was open), and that futon couch has become even more uncomfortable. This unit is no longer dog friendly but even if it was I wouldn't stay in it again. As many of the updates as management has done on the outside the inside is just not being kept up with and the rates have drastically gone up. I understand in this economy rates had to rise but the insides need to be worth the increase in price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great, but there were some things that could have gone better. We got there a little after 4 to check in and the person at the desk told us we were good to go. When we got up to the condo, they had just started cleaning it. The cleaning people said they were not told someone was checking in that day. Then the lady told us there were bugs. Obviously, we were concerned, but she said it was because someone had left the balcony door open and mosquitos had flown in. We waited for them to clean and continued to hear them complain about mosquitoes. The condo was great, but the next morning our balcony was covered in dead mosquitos. My husband asked someone if they didn’t mind sweeping our balcony and the person said, “why? They are just going to come back.”

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular unit is a bit tired and could use some updates. The couch wasn't very comfortable to sit on. When we checked in we discovered that the previous renter had broken the screen slider so there was no screen and the seal was broken on the glass so the door wall was totally fogged up glass. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils. The king sized bed was comfortable but the dresser was in the closet which made using the closet tricky. The bathroom was adequate. There was also a funky odor in the unit (mold?? musty??) that unfortunately came home with us on some of our belongings. The views from the balcony are magnificent and as always the Beachers Team is awesome. We have been staying at Beachers Lodge 30+ years and the kind people that are employed there NEVER disappoint. We will be back next year but in a different unit!
