This was a great place to stay. Very close to main canyon entrance. Walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants s and coffee shops. We stayed in unit 4.

I paid way too much for this room.. this should have been in the 100s not $ 300 and over… room was small, air conditioning was noisy, plumbing was noisy, no amenities, had to go off site for breakfast.

Interesting that they have a Bbq but no utensils to use. They have an ice machine, but no ice bucket or scooper in the ice machine. So I used my hands. So, if you choose to stay there bring an ice bucket, scooper, bbq utensils, plates napkins and forks.

A ok place, not great.

Self check in, our room had towels. We had to wait until the next day. Room is ok, bathroom dated. Bed comfortable, location is great. For break fast they give you a voucher with option of two restaurants, very nice breakfast. Check out is 10 am

We enjoyed our suite at Red Rock Inn. It was very spacious offering a jet tub (which was great after a long day of hiking at Zion), a kitchen bar facing the beautiful mountains so you can eat while taking in the beauty of the area. Loved it!

A nice place that is well located in the center of town. The big promise of the place is the hot tub, which stood out on the website when booking. We were really able to understand that we had a private hot tub that was very suitable for us after the hiking trail in Zion National Park. Of course, we were disappointed when we discovered that the hot tub was shared. The cooperation with the restaurant for breakfast is excellent, simply because it is the most luxurious restaurant in the area. Check-in and check-out are independent.

This is a cute little and clean place to stay in the middle of the town while being quiet. Breakfast is served at the near by cafe. The food was delicious, I took it after my home early in the morning, I had issue with one of the outlets where the microwave and fridge was connected and they addressed it promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really convenient to Zion. Few miles from the entrance and a 4 min walk to the Springdale shuttle.lots of restaurants, shops and markets all with in a 5 min walk. Clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable bungalow. Easy parking. Great service, self check in/out.

Cozy little property in perfect location

Great little property in the heart of Springdale. Very convenient for everything Zion. Walked across the street and rented ebikes at Zion guru and explored the whole area. Breakfast provided at a restaurant a block walk away and was excellent.

The location was really great for Zion, only a 10 minute walk from the shuttle stop, and right across the road from somewhere to rent gear. The room was lovely, with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar provided, and it had a fridge, microwave and TV. What isn't obvious in the pictures is each room (that isn't the main house) are in connected little lodges (two rooms to each building) and it was really lovely. Super convenient and all on one floor so it was very easy for luggage, and there were seats and a table outside the door to enjoy the view.The hot tub was up a hill so had a really nice view as well, and was great for some star gazing, and robes were provided in the room. The bathroom was well supplied and very clean. And the bed was very comfortable! It was self check in and check out so it was very easy and came with free breakfast at a restaurant down the road which was extremely tasty. It was quite pricey however given the location, prices of places near by and lovely atmosphere, it's expected and we would definately recommend staying here. There is also a propane firepit available to use but unfortunately we didn't have time to give it a go.
