We had several heavy bags and my parents who are elderly, had to go upstairs, after leaving the elevator, and we had lift these heavy suitcases to get to their room. It would’ve been beneficial to know about this prior to booking these specific rooms as we probably could’ve made arrangements to have something more accessible."
