Don’t trust the high rating.

Checked in about midnight… I was put in a noisy room near the kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen staff has been clanging dishes. It’s now 2:30 in the morning and music is blaring from somewhere. It’s too late and I’m too tired to deal with trying to move to a different room. The Wi-Fi does not work at all. This place is a nightmare. I don’t know how It has such a good. Pretty much a dump.

We had problems with the rooms. First room the toilet was broken . Move us to another room and the bathroom door was locked. That night we were locked out of our room which we had a 6 night stay. Each time we had to go down to the front desk with items in our hands. Also they never changed the breakfast items

The hotel overall was in a decent location and in good condition given its clear age. My main complaint had to do with the service and misinformation. Don't bother paying more for queen beds because this hotel does not have any. We had multiple rooms with different bed sizes and the doubles and the queens were the same size. The front desk even had the audacity to initially put us in two double rooms, knowing that they don't have queens, and did not move us until we asked. Even then, we did not receive a room with queen beds. They then feigned ignorance and said that they would refund the difference if Hotels.com called and asked. They told Hotels.com that they will not give the difference, further convoluting the conversation. Stay here if you wish, but don't get scammed.

Although we didn’t need it this trip, I love that there was an easily accessible washer and dryer on our floor! So thoughtful. Everything was clean and fresh! Would stay here again for sure!
