They did provide a fan and the windows open, though they kept blowing shut. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, never cracking even so much as a smile. But that ended up being the kind of service we got everywhere in Germany. They have limited on-site parking, which was full, so we were directed to a public lot about 100 yards up the street, which was easy & convenient enough."
