"Our room was dirty. The bedding seemed clean, but the floors in the bathroom were not. Housekeeping came and left and still haven’t cleaned it and then came back again and left and still haven’t cleaned it even though I had pointed everything out to the front desk. The lab was falling off the wall and didn’t work. The phone also didn’t work. It was stuffed with aluminum foil for some reason. The pool had no water in. It was no explanation as to why or no warning beforehand. The front desk staff was very nice. That’s the best thing I can say about this place. I will not be going back."
