cancel my stay at the hotel

Me and my brother did reservation for two rooms next morning we have to cancel it there was a lot of bad bugs terrible experience went to Best Western

Pros: not much
Cons: almost everything
Location: slightly hard to find.
Had problems getting the internet to work, finally they had to reset something on their end. There was no breakfast of any kind, only coffee.

Nice motel and would use again.

Pros: Clean, neat and friendly
Cons: Nothing
Location: The Gorge amphitheatre and the Columbia River.
We arrived after midnight after a Dave Mathews concert and there was a lady to greet us, check us in and give a recommendation for breakfast the next day. The room was very simple, but clean and neat and everything worked perfectly. This place is not the Ritz or anything super fancy, but we would most definitely stay here again. More than we expected for a relatively small town. Thanks to the staff.

horrible management and rooms

The rooms are dirty and the owners are always smoking outside the office.

Glad only one night

Bad odor when enter(not smoke) Toilet still had BM.Towel rack fell off the wall. Someone in another room showering at 5AM. Burn in shower when someone in another room flushes toilet.
