Pros: Very warm and helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, clean exercise room, and very convenient next to the 118, parks and food! Cons: Our A/C unit struggled, the property layout was odd with some rooms facing out and some inward towards the courtyard/pool (other rooms), Nonheated pool!

This hotel by far has the nicest, friendliest and understanding staff and management. Now days everything is numbers all about quanity and quality is forgotten. This property is completely the opposite and ensure quality is the primary focus. 10 stars by far

The girls at the front desk and the lobby where you eat were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a great experience and I will go there again! Best part was breakfast and the TWO full bathrooms with showers was a nice surprise!

Difficulty with check in. They wanted us to pay for a room that was already paid for. This took a long time to straighten out. The person at reception wanted us to call Expedia. I refused. After checking further the receptionist found the correct information
