This is about as basic as you can get in hotel. It should actually be listed as a Motel. Terrible coffee, no creamer, no complementary water. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were about an inch high, not enough for even on person. The beds had an old itchy gold blanket that was so rough and obviously not been washed after previous quest, “ blankets “ are so antiquated, 1960’s era! Hotels need to provide competitive amenities and make their quests feel that they are staying in a fresh clean updated space when traveling! I must say that we were so disappointed!

Limited dining options. I forgot my pair of shoes in my room and somehow they magically disappeared. Called back the hotel front desk and to my dismay. The level of integrity is subpar. Spoke to George O, who to me seemed like he never understood what I was talking about. Claiming that a lot people lie about leaving items and it’s not true for the sake of compensation. George O definitely requires extra training in customer service. Despite multiple attempts, it just didn’t make sense, how a pair of shoes, Can just vanish out of a room after a visitor has checked out. I am still following up on this case and management can reach out to me for further. Other than that, my stay was not worth what I paid for a suite for one night. Breakfast was subpar and they can do better.

Great location for Reagan Library visit

We chose this location because we were visiting the Reagan Library. Warmly welcomed. Nice room, comfortable bed, great shower. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use. Beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay here again.
