Inside, cathedral ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light and mountain vistas. The cozy yet modern interior features high-end furnishings, a sleek electric fireplace with a 65” Smart TV, and a leather sofa perfect for movie nights or quiet conversation.

The fully stocked galley kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for cooking romantic meals. The large dining table doubles as a perfect spot for meals, work, or games. Coffee lovers will adore the custom coffee bar with a Keurig Duo, Nespresso Vertuo, and milk frother.

The serene master bedroom features a plush king bed and a 55” Smart TV, with a private ensuite bathroom. If you’re bringing little ones, a queen sleeper sofa and Pack ‘n Play are also available.

OTHER DETAILS:
The cabin is located just off a state-maintained road which like most every road in the Smoky Mountains is a bit curvy. The drive way up to the cabin is paved and is steep. Please use caution during inclement weather.

Enjoy hassle-free entry to the cabin with our convenient key less door code entry system. Two or three days before your arrival, you'll receive a unique code that grants you access to the property throughout your stay. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-in times – simply arrive at your convenience after 4pm and let yourself in to start enjoying all that the cabin has to offer.


THE RED TAPE:

o No Pets - $500 charge if you bring pets and you will asked to leave the property without refund
o No Smoking or Vaping - $500 charge plus additional cleaning fees if you smoke or vape

There is a security camera at the house pointed to the driveway only and is turned on at all times

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a starter kit of 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, hotel sized soap and shampoo, laundry pod, dish washer soap and trash bags. Depending on your length of stay you may need to buy or bring additional supplies.

CELL PHONE SIGNAL:
Depending on your carrier cell phone signal may be limited in the mountains and at the cabin. There is high speed internet at the cabin for your use. We suggest you take a screen shot or print directions to the cabin just in case.

We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by local professionals. However, the location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4-, 6-, or 8-legged variety.

LADYBUGS:
Just a heads up: it’s lady bug season! There could be live and dead lady bugs in and around the cabin as they are flocking towards any heat they can find. Unfortunately, there’s no way to prevent this and it is like this in any property in East Tennessee that has a functioning heating system.

BEARS:
Bears are prolific throughout the Great Smoky Mountains and are often seen around the cabin – so it is likely you will see them around the area.
Please note:
o Bears are DANGEROUS! Use caution and be alert at all times.
o Bears should not be approached or fed under any circumstances.
o Make sure to always lock your cars and shut and lock cabin door as bears are crafty and are known to open unlocked doors.
o Do NOT leave food or trash around the outdoor spaces or in your vehicle.
o Bear proof trash containers are provided just off the top of the driveway. Please make sure all trash is secured and locked in the trash bins.


HOT TUB:
o For guests 18 and over only
o Children must have adult supervision at all times.
o No glass containers in or near the hot tub
o No bath bombs, bath bubbles or oils – these damage the hot tub and you will be responsible for damage fees
o Do not use if you are pregnant, elderly, or under a doctor’s care
o Do not enter the spa if temperature is over 104 degrees F
o Do not use the hot tub if you are using alcohol or narcotics
o Replace and secure hot tub cover after use to maintain temperature and to prevent wildlife entering the hot tub.
o Use hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

CHECK OUT
o Check out is 10:00 AM.
o No late check-out or early check-in.
o If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation.
