The WIFI was horrible we could not watch the OSU game. The hot tub cover was inside the hot tub upon arrival. We had to clean out styrofoam before entering. Only to have the breaker flip off when inside the hot tub. It is honestly too small for more than (4) adults. There is nowhere to sit drinks or foods near the pool table. Only a (3) person couch with end tables. This vrbo could truly benefit with having an area for people to sit a beverage.

The property was as described. There was an adequate amount of bedrooms and personal bathrooms. Having the half bath on the main level as well as a full bath on the lower level outside of the bedrooms was a plus. Everyone loved the media room, arcade game, pool table and hot tub. Getting to the property was a bit scary. There were some senior family members and the steps were a bit much for them. Overall, everyone liked the property.

Friends that are family getaway!

The pictures of the house are 100% accurate and it is lovely though. I highly recommend that you arrive before dark the first time as the roads are very twisty. Even though we were driving, and one of our group had been in communication with the owners, there were many items that I feel like most rental properties would provide an abundance of. For example, there was only one package of laundry product. Each of the large trash cans only had one bag and because we were cooking we had to empty the bags from the other two large containers as we could never find a supply of large trash bags. There are not enough kitchen towels and no pot holders. There was also no cork screw. The kitchen had a lot of coffee cups, but only had two stemless wine glasses and two stemless small rocks glasses. There were two space heaters in the basement and definitely need it as there was no thermostat for that space. We did have water lines freeze up in one of the bathrooms, but it was quickly addressed by maintenance. The Christmas decorationswere a big plus.Our g gro

Miller family summer vacation

New property, that was cool- this home was really not a "VRBO" - this would never be a "home" a family is living in and then renting out now and then- this was build for a short term rental-space and views great- some of the amenities could be upgraded- not enough basics like pots and pans, kitchen items, etc- for the size of the house- Grill was also pretty weird (but it did work and we for sure used it!)- just not up to the 'quality" of the home- drinking water for sure not drinkable, I'm sure that's just the area, not the house, but that should be in the notes so people can bring in their own bottled water, including for coffee, etc- all in all a good experience!

Beautiful House/Cabin

Loved the place but there were some issues. The check in process was not given five stars because when we arrived we had to call for the code to get in the door. An email with the door code was never sent. I did receive an email about a lock box that had a key in it that we were “supposed to use” but didn’t need. That lock box even had a code on it which was never sent to me. I received an email about a smart host with Alexa but she wasn’t hooked to internet and the internet was poor. Kitchen was stocked but poorly stocked. It’s a new cabin and I’m sure they’re working out the quirks. A window upstairs and a door downstairs leaked when it rained. The toilet downstairs in the bedroom was loose from the floor so when you sit on it, it wobbles. The reason I gave the cleanliness a low rating is because there were live roaches found in some rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time enjoying the amenities. It was the perfect location for what we needed.

Southern Comfort

The house was very pretty and the view was spectacular. The internet was bad and there were a lot of centipedes on the lower level. The water taste and smell was terrible. We dreaded even taking showers. That was our only complaints.

Nice place

It is a nice cabin, not the best i ever stayednin, but it was nice. The internet needs imptoving. We were trying to watch some March Madness Basketball in the evenings while we there, and the wifi had to buffer often. The cabin irself is laid out nicely, with a room on main floor. 2 more bedrooms and bunkbeds downstairs with A pool table and video game system and a movie room woth 2 couches. The younger amoung us enjoyed. 2 more bedrooms upstairs. The cabin is out of the way, which might be a good thing? Was a lot of twisting and turning and about 20 minutes to get to Pigeon Forge. Not bad, but difficult to navigatle in the dark. Overall a nice place. If wifi were improved would probably give 5 stars.

Girls trip 2024 March 10th-14th

The house was just like the pics, it was very clean the hot tub was excellent and the gaming area was a great. This house was very relaxing. We only had one problem but when I called the property manager he explained it to me but also send someone out. I wish we had more days and we will be picking this house again.

Family Stay

Overall stay was good. Lacks some furniture being newer and there was a piece of furniture missing from the ad. Kitchen was understocked. Raised some serious safety concerns with the deck that are hopefully addressed so that nobody gets hurt. Overall the cabin was well built with decent views. We were surrounded by noisey construction. I would stay again if a few improvements were made.
