Positive Feedback: Beds/pillows were comfortable, the house was very spacious, loved that there were decks on each level, loved the movie/game room and pool table, loved the views from the house, the area was quiet despite the number of buildings in the resort area.Constructive Feedback: It took 2 days to fix the reported hot water issue. Once fixed, there were no other issues with the water. The person sent to look at/fix the hot water issue indicated that the dog in the house was unsecured despite the owners not being home - this is completely untrue as the dog was with the owners when they left. The dog was not ever unsecured in the house when the owners were not there.

The place was beautiful! The convenience to entertainment and shopping was also great. I would have provided an excellent rating, however the bathrooms were not clean. The tub had hair and there was even potato chip bags still in the 3rd floor bathroom. There was also one bedroom where the sheets were not clean but luckily we had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash the linens ourselves.

This cabin exceeded our expectations! Very clean and very close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg attractions. The community is gated so it feels very safe. We didn’t see any bears but this could be due to the car show that was in town, they all drove really loud cars. Plenty of towels, toilet paper. The movie room set up was amazing for night caps. The hot tub worked as expected. There wasn’t a mountain view but the trees looked beautiful as they were changing color. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There were 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and 1 in the movie area. There was also a microwave down there which was great for popping popcorn. We will definitely book this cabin again!

Family Reunion

The cabin was everything the listing mentioned. Their was plenty of room for everyone with activities for our grandchildren. The proximity to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was great! We greatly appreciated Ben's quick responses to our questions. I highly recommend this cabin

Great extended family gathering spot for a Pigeon Forge trip

We enjoyed the proximity to Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Hosts were helpful with a couple maintenance issues and quickly resolved them. The kids loved the game room! We found the top floor to be really warm during our stay (temps were in the 90s every day) and uncomfortable for large portions of the day. Both lower floors were cool. The porches on each floor were a great plus and used daily. As a large group, we appreciated the large dining table and picnic table on the porch because everyone had a spot. We would gladly return to this rental, but would love it more with some blinds on the top floor.

Family weekend!

Our group ranged from 1 1/2 to 79 year olds. The house worked very well. Ben and Lacey were very responsive to my text and questions. My only observation is that the kitchen need more storage/work space. We would definitely stay there again

We would do it again. Beautiful scenery, great to hear the Dollywood train whistle. Great location

We would go again. Looks like owner is making some good changes to the property. Plenty of room, there was 13 adults. We had no problems. Called when the trash cans were full and they came within a few hours to empty them. Communication was good and we thank you for letting us use the property.

AMAZING!!

What an amazing getaway for the family. The cabin was perfect for multiple families coming together to enjoy Christmas time! Would highly recommend this cabin. The owners were easy to communicate with, as well. The kids enjoyed the fun movie area and the arcade. This location is also very easy to go right into town for all the fun activities and shows. Check it out!

Happy Family

Castle in the Sky was a delightful experience for the Willard Family! We enjoyed ourselves immensley! The cabin was over the top with all the bedrooms, bathrooms, arcade games, theatre room, pool table, hot tub, and the list could go on! The hosts were excellent to respond in a timely manner to every text or email we sent! We would highly recommend Castle in the Sky and only hope that the Willard can visit there again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Family vacation

Our large family visits the mountains every Thanksgiving. This house was perfect for our 16 family members. Location was better than most of our other homes. Very simple to get around. Ben was very helpful with instructions

Great location

Conventionally located to all attractions. Cabin was clean. If I had to say anything negative it would be that we couldn’t get the TV in the pool table room to work. But overall it was a great stay.

Cabin was beautiful and very roomy. There were 18 of us staying and we all had plenty of space to spread out! Beautiful views from the balconys and the kids and adults enjoyed the pool table and arcade games.
