Very unfriendly and rude reception. The spa is not including in the price, and the hotel is very dated, does not look like the photos. Old and dirty. I would definitely not go back!

The staff was so kind and helpful and it is a very convenient location to the grotto and cathedral which is why we were in town. I would recommend it - only giving a four to be clear that it isn’t upscale or anything like that. "
