We love animals! Well-trained dogs are welcome here, with a maximum of one dog per stay.
Please note that we strictly do not allow dogs on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
Please let us know in your booking message if you are bringing a dog.
A $50 one-time cleaning fee will be assessed, which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly.

We really loved staying in the Ballard neighborhood during our recent trip to Seattle. There are so many great restaurants, shops, bars, etc. within a reasonable walking distance and we found it was only about 20-25 minutes to drive to other key sightseeing destinations. The property is located on a quiet block and thankfully the host provides an off-street parking spot that easily accommodated our minivan. Streets are very narrow and private parking is an absolute "must-have" in this part of town. The apartment itself is light, bright and the beds are very comfortable. The host provides a great TV viewing experience - large screen, comfy couch, etc. The kitchen is well-provisioned, although we mostly dined out during our stay. Extra props for the easy-to-use keypad that made access and locking up simple.
