More than I could have imagined.

When looking for a hotel I was mostly concerned with just having a clean room and a comfortable bed. What I got was much more. The room was very clean and the beds felt like I was sleeping on a big Marshmallow! I'm sure I looked silly flopping around on that thing enjoying the comfort and the nice view from the windows. My vegan travel buddy was surprised to find that you have vegan amenities in the bathroom, something she doesn't normally see as a courtesy item. Thank you for those! But what got my attention most was the customer service. Everyone who helped me was exceptional with their kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. I've worked in customer service all my life, so it was nice to see such high standards being met with such ease and grace. Thank you for the lovely stay, I hope to return someday.
