Pretty hotel! Loved having a glass of wine in the court yard. The room was extremely hot and the AC barely worked. It was also on top of a very steep hill which made riding the scooters a little difficult

The staff were all great. Restaurant hostess could have been a little more attentive. The room…well, let’s say I’ve had better. Small, tv was hit or miss and nowhere to watch it except the bed. The hallways and room smell was a cross between musty and urine. I did kill a roach on my last night. The pros were the location and the quaint fireside room. The food was above average and other than the Thanksgiving meal, plentiful. Not sure I will stay here again, no amenities and one chair in the lobby? If you like historical decor, dark and vintage then you will fit right in. Kudos to the friendly staff.

I always stay at The Sorrento, when I visit Seattle. It's a beautiful, nostalgic feel. The rooms are spotless and all staff are beyond professional, courteous and helpful. The valet guys jumped my car battery for me, one time, when my battery died 😊. And the location in down-town Seattle is perfect. Highly recommend

Not sure about the breakfast can’t rate that cause did not have it, the rest of the state was excellent friendly staff valet attendant was excellent overall best customer service I’ve ever, very accommodating and welcoming room was clean comfortable. Would gladly stay her again in the future and Highly recommend to anybody I know staying in the area. Thank you so much and happy holidays to all.

The hotel was super clean and lovely. The entire staff were great and friendly. We had a minor issue with the toilet’s tank not filling up without jiggling the handle, but other than that our stay was lovely. I highly recommend staying here.
