My stay was amazing, great customer service! I had to print my tags for my cruise and they helped me with printing the tags. Thank god because it was my first time in seattle and I had to leave that day so it was so much help!

The front desk staff was unfriendly. Never looked up at me. Very cold. Place was clean. Unique and old. No soda machines or ice. For the price of room. And 54 dollars parking rate. Not worth it for me anyway.

Charged 3x for my room

I was charged twice for the room with an extra charge for the reservation fee as well. This ended up taking all the money out of my bank account for my entire trip and over drafted my account! I did not have access to my own money for 4 days because somebody made a huge mistake and charged my 3x the amount I was supposed to pay. The front desk staff was not helpful and told me to call my bank, which I did, but my bank said they couldn’t reverse the charge without putting a fraud charge on my account and that would invalidate my bank card and leave me without access to my travel money. I went to the front desk every day of my stay about this issue but they couldn’t see the charge and kept telling me to call my bank. I’m so disappointed. When I checked out they told me everything would be refunded to my bank account. If this does not happen and I’m charged extra for any of their mistakes I will be taking legal action. This hotel was terrible and the service was not helpful.

This hotel is in a convenient location for work in some of the nearby office buildings, but it’s quite dated. Furthermore, for some reason, they can’t figure out how to get their TVs to work with the local dish network so you had very limited viewing options when trying to relax in the room Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful and it had a convenient check-in and checkout process, but again, the property is rather dated.

Staff was amazing after rude staff at the previous hotel we booking a new room here and they were so nice and helped us get checked in early I booked the wrong dates and they helped us get that situation resolved I should of stayed here my hole trip!
