I really like this hotel as a last night before flying out. It's close to Snoqualmie Falls and also a great spacious room for reorganizing all your luggage. The late check-out time also helps to give extra time before a flight. But the bed was super lumpy and uncomfortable and this time we were right at the traffic side and was a bit noisy. Also, the breakfast isn't great (powdered eggs and weird bacon) so not really worth the visit unless you get a waffle.

Normally great, but just ok this time.

Room is quite large and the breakfast was great. The room was quite dirty though with a lot of stains on the carpet and couch. The last day the shower mixer was not working which made the shower extremely hot with very little water pressure. Was unable to bathe it was so hot. Notified the front desk, but they seemed to shrug it off. We also used the laundry facilities but after several hours in the dryer the clothes were still damp. We had to take them to a laundromat to finish drying. We’ve stayed here several times and normally our experience is much better.

I generally enjoyed my stay. Parking was not ideal. The spaces are narrow and doesn't leave room for error so it's easy for someone to make it impossible to park next to them. This wasn't an issue during the day while there's plenty of parking but late at night there's very few options and at one point I thought I would have to park off the property which would've been difficult to walk to.

Had a family get together, in town for 2 nights. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided a satisfying breakfast. The negative was parking, stales very small even for a compact car. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc., very small, difficult to get product out of bottle. I have seen bottles attached to the wall of shower, which are refillable. I feel this is a better way with environmental concerns and a more user friendly for customers.

Some people like to sleep in...

We have stayed at this property a few times and have always been very happy with our stays. This time, the room we had looked a little worn and like it may need to be updated. The worst part of our stay was around 9:00 am and my husband had gone to get some breakfast and I was sleeping. A maid opened the door and said "Hola?". This was 3 hours before check-out time and I thought it was very rude of her to open the door and holler in like that.

Front desk service was a very mixed bag. Night clerk was delightful. Everyone I interacted with between 9-10 was rude or dismissive. There was a loofah from the previous guest still in my room’s shower and wet spots on the carpet in entryway. Normally a great stay the past 4-6 times I’ve stay here so this was an unpleasant surprise.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice sized room and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was clean and the beds were fresh and clean. The breakfast was well stocked and everything was yummy.
