"A very clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Yes, it is a little far from downtown Berlin, but the train is directly across the street. Also, Old Spandeau is a short 10 minute walk that is safe and scenic. Old Spandeau itself is like stepping back in time. We had a very delicious lunch at one of the many bistros there. Very affordable staythat was memorable. The hotel was very quiet even after the footbal match let out.
