The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."
