The lake is rising. Some of the outer road that goes around Flores is underwater. The front of the hotel is inaccessible due to rising water. I don’t think the owners want to sink upgrade money into a hotel that may be flooded in a couple years. Staff is great, but property is not.

Nice location but breakfast took well over an hour even though we said we were in a hurry and there were only a few guests. The bolted lock on our door didn’t work. We were ok with the chain until someone tried to come into our room late at night. Very scary. The main pool was closed and smelled terrible. The room was dirty

Completely runed down facilities. Mold in walls, broken tiles in room hallway, clutter of folding tables in room hallways, clogged shower, rotten smell. we asked for Ice and they didn't provide any. This hotel needs a complete make over, training for employees and a dress code as well. No professionalism at all.
