Property was a bit run down but the staff friendliness and customer service was amazing from checkin to check out. Convenient parking and location was perfect. Ice machine was out and the traffic noise at night were a minus.

The hotel is a bit run down however the price is fair for what you get. The staff and customer service are amazing and they are the reason I would go back. We felt safe and the location is amazing and very convenient. Parking was directly in front of our room.

The room had damage to the front door frame and bathroom door frame. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The faucet on the sink made a loud noise unless you turned it on high. There must be air in the plumbing line. When I reported the doors to the front desk, they said it was probably from the St. Patrick's Day weekend. The tub is only useful as a shower. You could easily hear people outside of the room.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but the overall condition is poor. The rooms are not properly cleaned, and there is constant loud noise from outside throughout the day, the AC is extremely noisy, resembling the sound of a milling machine.

The staff was amazing at check in and extremely upbeat. The property itself shows a lot of wear and tear and the entry door did not completely lock. Parking is as very tight and not enough for all the guests. I thought it was a travesty to pay for parking as a guest, too.
