Excellent location—near the squares, waterfront. Shopping and lots of great restaurants. The place is modern, clean, spacious, and so welcoming at the end of a long day of walking. We highly recommend this as a place to meet up with friends and enjoy Savannah!

Great location. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Water in the primary shower was scalding hot, the jetted tub didn’t work and the power went out. Took awhile for owner to respond to where the breaker box is located so we were in the cold and dark for awhile. Other than that, it was great.

Communication was lacking. We asked if there was a chance for a couple of fans for noise and being used to sleeping with fans. I was told one was in a closet. It was not. I asked again after a text from the host and the only reply was “let me get back to you” never did. I also mentioned the Keurig portion of the coffee pot did not work and one filter for the other side. We had a group of people outside the first night that were extremely loud and being single pane windows it sounded like they were in our apartment. Most places we searched had noise machines and this place does not. Alot of traffic noises and many busses. We also had to vacuum because there was hair on all of the floors. You could tell the floors had not been done. Besides all of that our stay was nice, the pictures are correct and the location was perfect. We were glad for the elevator in the building, and the beds were very comfortable.

This is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed when in Savannah. It was immaculate and spacious. It also is centrally located to all the shopping,River Street and Forsyth park. Wonderful renters!

Historical Getaway

We made this trip primarily for my sisters and my teenage daughters to be photographed for their senior year. We fell in love with Savannah many years ago and it has become a favorite destination for our girls. On this trip in addition to the photo shoot, we were able to make a lot of great memories. This condo is in a historical building and our unit had been updated, beautiful in addition to being comfortable. While the adults were experiencing history, the girls were shopping, dining and enjoying the condo. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen and open floor plan that we loved. The location is great and just a short walk from everything we wanted to experience. We parked our car on arrival and never needed it until we left. The management team was available for anything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would stay here anytime!

Clean. Spacious. Well equipped and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Attractive decor. Helpful referral to a lower cost garage, but a bit of a walk. One flight of stairs to reach the condo elevator. Fast and responsive property manager. Clear and simple check in and check out instructions. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants.

I just loved the way the condo was decorated. It is an old house that has been redone and it is fabulous. There is everything you need to be comfortable. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The location is good and we parked at the Robinson Parking Garage. The parking garage is a few blocks away and is an easy walk. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. We would stay here again if we came back to Savannah.

Convenient and lovely

Nice place to stay, simple, convenient and tastefully decorated. Sound travels very easily between all rooms, especially between bedrooms which would be nice for a young family perhaps. It might be nice to have extra sheets and towels. All in all, it was a pleasant place to stay. Thank you so much!
