We had an early morning flight and stayed there thinking we would take the shuttle. However, the shuttles were full and we would have had to take a super early one. Fortunately, we had our car (which we were going to leave at the hotel for free) so we just drove.

I have stayed here in the past and it was much nicer the last time I stayed. It was very rundown and lacking in complimentary toiletries, etc. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and competent.

The all the staff were friendly. The hotel look clean but dated. It needed a good upgrade. Also, more lighting is need. Our entry ceiling light were out of bulb. It was dark. Breakfast was ok. I like the 24 hours coffee and tea available in the lobby. Bed is soft and high which I like.

My entire stay there was very peaceful and I enjoyed the cleanliness and hospitality. The only thing I wasn’t very impressed with was the shower. The water dont come out the way it should and it was very uncomfortable trying to shower.Very poor quality. Also the refrigerator it was leaking and I had to constantly clean it…Other than that everything else was clean and the staff very helpful.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle running from 5:00 a.m. to midnight on request. However, when I checked in, the front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle is shared with four other nearby hotels and would not be available until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Since I had an early flight, I was told to order an Uber instead. That was extremely frustrating and misleading given the way the shuttle service is presented on Expedia’s website. The hotel itself is an outdated Fairfield Inn, although it was at least clean. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, and it was very difficult to sleep because of loud neighbors throughout the night. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for travelers relying on airport transportation.
