We had a great time staying there. It is close to River Street and Tybee. And being near the water was relaxing too! We definitely intend to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality! The Sipp Family

We enjoyed our stay in this studio apartment for our trip to Savannah. Our only complaint was that the upstairs folks were stomping around at 2:30 in the morning. Other than that, the room served it's purpose just fine. The outside could use some TLC but the inside was cute, clean, and as listed.

Renter be ware!!!This property was in no condition to be rented when we arrived! The inside and porch areas were very dirty. There were hairs on the sheets and looked like the bedding had not been changed since the previous renter. There were bugs on the walls. The couch was very nasty! The couch was in rough condition and looked like it had been in a fraternity house! It was very dirty and there were what looked to be cigarette burns on one of the cushions. There was also no bedding for the pullout couch. The mattress on the pullout couch was also very nasty looking. Additionally, the property manager was completely unresponsive! I could not get in touch with anyone after arrival. I could not cancel my stay, since it was the day of arrival. I ended up having to get a hotel room for my four night stay in Savannah; which was very expensive! I have contacted both VRBO and Casago, but have yet to received a refund!!

Great Stay with a beautiful view

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the view. We didn’t spend much time there and the only thing of notice was the floors were dirty. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry was all clean. We would stay here again!

Beautiful!!!

Property was exactly as advertised, beautiful view, easy access and very peaceful area. Loved that it was just far enough from town to escape the crazy traffic but close enough to make the drive very convenient. Didn't see a spec of dirt and the sheets/bedding smelled clean and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the property was not properly maintained and cleaned. Badly stained rugs, rusted bbq grill, the nice little screened porch area hadn’t been cleaned at all and the bedding had hairs and stains. We took photos. They offered to send cleaning crew, but at 5pm, we were not comfortable enough with conditions to stay. Received only a very small refund. We did not return. Our first bad experience with VRBO. So disappointed.

Host was GREA!!! We stay here a couple times a year and this time it had a different feel for us. The rug at the front door was old and torn. It seemed not as quaint or cute to us, almost plain or not having any decor feeling as before. The quest up top had a dog and we could hear them more than past times when guest stayed up top over us.Plus, the other guest parked in the middle with their two cars making it difficult to get in and also turn around. the tree at the road hung over the drive hitting the top of our vehicle and the brush was overgown making it difficult to see when pulling out of driveway. But we love the location, and we have in the past liked the feel of the unit.

Comfortable and clean

The property was just as it was pictured in the listing. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, we were provided everything including some laundry soap if we needed it! The bed was comfortable, but a little on the firm side. The shower was huge and has 2 shower heads. The view was beautiful over the marsh, and the screened porch was a fantastic addition to make the place more spacious. All of the windows have blinds, but I would have preferred heavy curtains on the window in the bedroom to minimize the headlights shining in the room at night. Check in was a breeze, and management contacted us via text to make sure we were all settled in and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and really have no complaints, but there are some things you may want to be aware of that isn't mentioned in the listing: The listing says that the pullout couch was available for 2 more people but just sitting on the couch was very uncomfortable, so I can't imagine what sleeping on it would be like. In addition, the couch is 2 feet away from the bed, with only a room divider between, so if that matters to you, be aware. The listing doesn't say that the house is on a fairly busy street, so if you have a pup that tends to run out, young children, or you just want absolute peace and quiet while sitting outside, be aware that there is regular and fairly constant traffic going by. It's not noisy inside the house with the windows closed, but the road is RIGHT THERE, a few feet away from the house. It didn't impact our enjoyment that much, but I was picturing the house on a cul-de-sac or something and was a bit bummed that it wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. GPS will NOT take you to the house, and it's not very well marked, so you have to go by the picture of the house and figure it out. There was nobody upstairs during our stay, but someone from management briefly checked on things upstairs and we were a bit surprised at how noisy it was when she was up there just walking around. It may have been a completely different experience with small children and pups running around up there, but we can't say for sure.
