Two night stay

We had a pleasant stay here. The coffee machine stated latte in restaurant, but gave coffee with no milk, luckily there is a milk jug to add your own. Breakfast good and enough to start the day . We did not use onsen as my husband broke his arm. When we came back at 8 pm, there were no car spaces left. We were told to park 3 blocks away at 700 yen for the day. The next day we also returned after 7 pm, and had to go back to the 700 yen park as car park still full. Next morning with a broken arm, we pulled into front area of hotelto load our bags and the parking attendant yelled that we could not park there. We told him to stop being very rude for a 5 minute bag pickup, and that his carpark was full both evenings - he walked away. Car park situation very annoying when one person is injured, and we had 3 large bags.

A short getaway

The room was very clean, though small. The public bath was very clean and spacious but was rather shallow, unlike traditional bath. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food choices.

Clean, quite and convenient. The AC temp control reverts to hotels settings after a few hours. You can't change the timer that the hotel set the allotment hours you can control your AC. The breakfast buffet is great traditional Japanese food.

The hotel is located near to the subway station. Rooms are relatively big compared to Osaka and Tokyo. The hotel is very clean and staff members are friendly.

Nice and new hotel. Location wise is convenient enough to walk to the busy tourist district like susukino. Multiple car parks around even you decide not to park in the hotel. Price is reasonable.

部屋も綺麗で駅も近く、1日目タオルの交換が分からなかった際も丁寧に対応してくださいました。 大浴場も遅くまで空いてるのでどこか行って帰ってきた後などとても助かりました！ お風呂後のアイスも無料提供がありどこまでも心遣いが素晴らしいホテルでした ただ、一つだけマナーの悪いお客さんもいるようで喫煙所の汚さはちょっとって思いましたがそれ以外はほんとに良かったです
