The room is spacious, clean, tidy and modern. I especially like the toilet, the bath and the basin being in separate areas. The design of the room was so nice. I did not particularly enjoy the public bath though, but this is simply and personal view.

Highly recommend!

We booked two rooms for a week in July and staying at the Keio Prelia made our visit to Hokkaido all the more special. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and our views were amazing. The rooms were clean and stylish, as was the rest of the hotel. We especially enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lobby. We would be very excited about staying here again.

Facilities were very comfortable and economical. The in hotel breakfast restaurant was very good and worth the surcharge to the room rate. We would go there again if we found ourselves going to Sapporo in the future.

Second stay at Keio. Cancelled a different booking to rebook Keio. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room, hotel and amenities were so relaxing and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a missing item I had left in a different room several days before. The only thing I would suggest is that Keio consider providing tattoo cover stickers to enable use of the public bath since there is a no tattoo policy.

We would stay here again!

Hotel is in a great location with many great places to shop and eat. Close to the train station too. Clean hotel! Room size is perfect! Breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that the onsen was usually crowded and a little small. And no skincare amenities provided. Other than that, it was wonderful!

A new and clean hotel close to the Sapporo Train Station. I especially like how they are environmentally conscious. You can choose from cleaning your room, not cleaning your room but change the towels, and not to do anything at all. Instead of giving each room bottled waters like other hotels, you go get your own filtered water from the pantry on each floor. I appreciate the effort in reducing waste!

New, clean, well equipped property at a convenient location. Love the free hot drinks offered at the lounge especially during the exceptionally chilling days in late April. But it’s a bit weird to find the “progress” of the cleansing work of the whole floor displayed on the TV when we were back to our room. I had concern on the privacy and security as the occupancy of different rooms were clearly stated. Pls consider to show only the status of the room concerned. Anyway, we enjoyed our 5-night stay.
