All in all a nice place. Clean and friends. A bit isolated - but everything in this area is "isolated." Nothing around this place is "centralized" so ti is, I guess, as good as anyplace else. I'd probably stay here again.

Sao Phao Hotel & Travel Guide
Those who want to travel to South Thailand will learn there is just 1 room option within an easy drive of where the locals can be found in Sao Phao, so it's wise booking a place to put your feet up as soon as you can.
One of the best of only a handful of Sao Phao hotels in the vicinity of the attractions in the center of Sao Phao, is the Ekman Garden Resort Nakhon Si Thammarat.
The Bansonmanee Homestay is situated 18 miles (29 kilometers) from the downtown precinct of Sao Phao. Also, the Leeloo Paradise Resort & Spa is located 17 miles (28 kilometers) away. If you'd prefer, you could check out the rates and amenities at the Khanom Sunrise Beach Hotel or the Nirvana Detox Healing Center.
After spending time in in Sao Phao, make sure you check out South Thailand's other cultural and scenic delights. South Thailand boasts rural landscapes and beaches. Popular traveler destinations include traditional villages, old towns and historic palaces. Common activities in this corner of Thailand include rock climbing and hiking.
Khanom is 20 miles (35 kilometers) north of Sao Phao and is where you'll find Khanom Beach and Khao Wang Thong Cave. Make sure you spend a few hours hanging out with avid lovers of sport at an exciting game. Phetch Buncha Thai Boxing Stadium is 45 miles (72 kilometers) to the north of Sao Phao. And travelers that are hoping to find a Travelocity-listed room in the area surrounding the game can make a choice from the Rockwater Residences or the Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui.
If you are planning on arriving or departing through Samui Airport, you might plan to book accommodation at Six Senses Samui, or Villa Asha, which are each close by.
