Also, the lift helped tremendously in getting all of our luggage and ice chests onto the second floor. House owner has always been very helpful and timely with responses to questions. "Excellent location. Beautiful view. Lots of sleeping area. Living space was somewhat smaller than expected. Being colder weather we were inside more. The large hot tub was a big hit. We looked forward to the fire pit but could never get it lit, possibly due to it being so windy. We came to beach for a Thanksgiving family reunion and had a very good trip overall. "
