Book Hotels in Santa Olaya

"I enjoy my stay but the hotel need to be more forthcoming about all their fees that you have to pay upon arrival, and customers should be informed about events that will be going on during the duration of their stay especially if you are going to block us from using amenities that are suppose to be available to all vacationers we missed out on the hot tubs and three of the pools for the whole duration of our stay and that is not ok."

"I must say Kevin at the bar was outstanding. He provided exceptional customer service. His version of an espresso martini is amazing. I didn’t try the breakfast since I decided to sleep in. I would say that the breakfast hours should be extended till at least 11 AM the front desk associates aren’t so pleasant. I know I did arrive a little earlier for check-in and they made the excuse that they couldn’t accommodate me which I found odd since there were rooms available and I noticed that they allow someone else to check in before the check in time. It is located in the airport. I must say that you must go to the lower level to catch an Uber or a Lyft no one would explain that to you so to make your life easier by just taking a quick left as soon as you come out of the airport and go down the stairs that’s right next to the police station. It’s a very small hotel. It is very convenient. If you’re looking for something that is less hassle, I strongly suggest you to pick this hotel and if you are going on a cruise which isn’t very far from the cruise port about a 20 minute ride so would I recommend yes, long stays no quick turnovers absolutely."

"Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return. "

"As soon as we arrived you can feel like home, so close to the beach (they have from 10am umbrellas and chairs from the hotel on the beach) very happy!!"
