We are fans of the Embassy Suites model. The environs are beautiful. It is very close to the hotel, but no shuttle that we know of. The suite was spacious. Interactions with staff was usually positive, but mixed. Front desk may be quite busy at times. Housekeeping tended to come quite late in the day for us. A casino was integrated into the hotel, which was not too distracting, and I lost a few bucks there, but had fun. This hotel caters to tourists, with a complementary breakfast and complementary evening drinks. They (loosely) enforced this with wristbands, which I did not particularly enjoy wearing. The hotel offers attended beach supplies - towels, chairs, umbrellas - and this was quite nice. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Hotel was in great location.. The rooms were nice size, but had a smell that wouldn't go away..my view was the dirty roof of front of hotel..could def use power wash..The pool was nice...The breakfast needed help..They had same afternoon snacks and drinks daily(should see how Drury does it and mirror it) The lobby area was nice...location to beach and airport were definitely key to decision to stay here...

Not bad the only thing that turned me off was there was a bunch of fingernails on the side of the bed on the carpet when I was plugging in my phone and it grossed me out. No pool towels in the morning when I went down there and the men’s bathroom was locked so my son couldn’t even go to the bathroom.
