I only gave it mixed reviews because one of the toilets would not flush properly and one of the beds in the presidential suite was broken. Other than that great place great location and helpful staff. The view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is dirty, old and abandoned. The rooms need repairs and updating. This hotel is very expensive for the quality they offer. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The management is not doing their job, they should close this hotel due to poor conditions. The breakfast food is served old every day.

To find this hotel was difficult. Instructions on how to arrive and where to park was not straightforward. View of Condado Lagoon from the balcony was nice. Escambron beach is like a 7min walk. Dining options close by.

The only bummer for me was that breakfast was pretty weak. I was disappointed to see only sliced bread, cereal and muffins. No eggs and no bacon. The place was also a little short staffed but every employee was very friendly and diligent.

I wouldn’t recommend it

It was not a great stay. The location was great but the blankets were only a sheet, no comforter, we changed the temp and it was freezing. It just was not a welcoming stay either. No pool or anything.

Clean and staff very nice and friendly. Building needs lots of repair, outside needs lots of repair, beach access is steps into water, tripped ober loose stone's,. Didn't feel completely sage. Even though staff was great, will not stay here again.

Our stay overall in Puerto Rico was great! The hotel was very outdated, and definitely need some renovations. The staff was great. Rooms were very spacious and we enjoyed our view. The parking was very confusing and frustrating at first.

Great location with an amazing view. Could not reach housekeeping or guest services by phone at any time. Bed frame showed accumulated dust but rest was very clean. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Other than the room was large, the Internet was very good and the TV selction was OK, the place needed to be renovated years ago. Upon arrival I found my kitchenette had no plates, bowels, silverwear or glasses!! All I had was two paper cups in the coffee machine which only offered two bags of coffee!! Also the phone didn't work. I pointed this out to the desk several times and only only late on my 2nd day I saw the maid who, while she didn't really speak English seemed to understand an got me some plates, bowels, silverwear an more paper cups!!! I also pointed out that the AC was freezing and I could not get it to adjust: Finally I just had to turn it off and on for 3 days!! Then the breakfast is really only bread (white for toast, croissants and a packaged muffin) and other than Raisin Bran cerials for kids: No decafe coffee! The worst was that I never bothered to confirm if there was a swimming pool as I assumed any proper hotel in San Juan would have pool! There is no pool! Then on the Expedia listing it shows the Caribe Hilton 3 minute walk! This is more or less accurate but if you are not staying at the hotel you don't have access!! So the nearest beach is about a ten minute walk. Had I known the hotel was not sharing the Hilton beach and had no swimming pool that I would never considered this hotel and honestly would never go back

Good option for a quick trip

It was very good for the price. Loved the terrace where they do breakfast. But the breakfast was very minimum and was a little desapointed.
