Doris the receptionist was great, she really is a great person and went the extra mile to help us. This hotel needs a remodeling asap. The breakfast is awful, don’t pay xtra for that.

Not the "best" hotel but for the price and location you really can't beat it. 10 min walk to condado 7 min Uber to distrito T-Mobile 7 min Uber to old San Juan 7 min Uber to La placita. 10 min walk to escambron beach and lagoon.

This hotel and entire property is super outdated. Rust everywhere and a horrible smell. One night was enough for me, a sleepless one at that. It has so much potential with great location and views but for now it gets zero stars for me.

The room pictures on site are deceiving. Room carpet was dirty and room smelled. I was given a handicap room in which I did not request. No parking onsite very inconvenient. And hall wall lighting was very dark.

My partner and I did not like this property to the point that we rented a hotel across the street despite the fact that we lost our three night stay payment since they would not offer any refund whatsoever. The staff was incredibly unwelcoming and the room was very grimy, the balcony flooded (it was not even raining) and the floors were so slippery throughout that we were scared to move. We could not bring ourselves to lay on the bed because the sheets looked very worn and there were only 2 very flat pillows and the comforter was more like a sheet. We left the same day we arrived. We even paid for three days of parking upon check-in and they did not even offer us that to be reimbursed. The receptionist was incredibly rude and combative when we expressed our discomfort and desire to leave. It was truly a nightmare.
