The staff was very friendly and helpful! A great plus is having a Coffee shop on the property. The rooms were clean. The only nitpicking negatives would be the shower pressure was low and the shower head wasn't the best but not the end of the world. Aside from that the parking situation is okay kinda tight but again not the end of the world.

Very Clean room, newly renovated hotel, the entire hotel smelled wonderful and clean, However......the parking issue was terrible. One way in to the lobby....then you have to back out the same way with on one-way lane. Only maybe 10 spots in the hotel lobby parking area parking then you ave to drive around the block for additional parking. No way should they charge $25 for terrible parking situation There is no signage for parking and nothoing indicating one-way exit info. Better off parking on the street.

Love this hotel, have stayed a few times..the pillows were super flat this last time but didnt affect the stay. Super.close to the boardwalk and wharf. Perfect location.

Room was updated clean and modern, comfy beds and pillows. The staff was so nice to me and my daughter. I mentioned one time that it was my daughter’s birthday and several times she was wished happy birthday or asked what we were doing to celebrate and made her feel special. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to beach, boardwalk and pier. I never had to move my car once. Such a great weekend for my daughter’s birthday, we will for sure return here again soon!

We had a pleasant stay here. It was very conveniently located to the boardwalk and other tourist attractions. There were somethings that were just ok. The staff was very nice! A couple things that needed work: the shower head was a trinkle, the side lamp was burn out, the room was very cramped and there was a tiny view from the kind premium. However, with all that being said, the location and price made it all work it. I would stay here again but maybe not for Family weekend at UCSC. I would try to stay closer to the University.
