Comfortable stay, great location

The staff was friendly and the towel exchange was available for our 4 nt stay. Our king room was spacious but we only had one chair. I liked the underground parking (low clearance) and 2 available EV chargers (fee based). The location of the hotel was great as we could walk everywhere.

Stayed in handicap room...beds too high to safeky get in to carpet stitched together coming apart. No place in bathroom to set any toiletries tv remote issues for over 1 hr. No phones in room. Exit from elevator onto entry into 1st floor old needs upkeep. Areas inside shower were rusted and had chips missing. I felt $400 per night was too steep. Hotel survey was asnswered the same. They offered anither free stay there or at another property when i accepted they said details to follow via email. General Manager sent another survey when i asked fir free room details i have yet to hear back.. hmmm

Relaxing, clean & comfy room, good TV channel selection with HBO, nice staff, good complimentary coffee, close to sightseeing, shopping, & dining. Parking spaces are a bit narrow for midsized to larger cars & SUVs. Our dog didn't like that the room we were assigned was facing the main street (the constant noise of passing cars frightened him at night & during the early morning rush hour); we'll definitely remember that next trip. It would also be a nice addition if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. Nitpicks notwithstanding, I'd definitely consider lodging here in the future.

This hotel didn’t seem clean. When we checked in, there were long black hairs in the shower and around the bathroom. The paint touch ups looked sloppily done, and the baseboards were dirty and needed caulking. The sink drain was chipping and there was mold on the caulk in it. We appreciated that it was pet friendly and the AC worked well. The location was very central. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The A/C / heater in our room was terribly noisy. You could not hear the TV or your cell phone over the ac. Additionally our room was next to the elevator and a security/ entry door which made it very noisy as you can hear everyone coming in and out. Those also a large gap underneath our door, which allowed wind and leaves to come through as well as all the noise from the hallway.
