The room was very clean and with a Scandinavian decor much like a cottage. They offered a contactless checkin but were ready to help when I had a question Private and safe. I highly recommend this hotel

We love the Viking Inn! They've done a great job with clean, efficient rooms and a welcoming property for our little dog. It's close to one end of the main street and less than a block from the pancake house. The only changes I would welcome would be daily room service (were were there 2 nights with no service), the beds are VERY firm, and the bedding and towels are on the lower end of the scale. Parking is limited, but free if you find a spot. for our little dog.

Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay again. As for room 2, the front door seemed a bit off at the bottom, almost like it's been kicked in before. I'm not sure if there was room service available, but getting new towels, toilet paper was quick and easy.

The room was spotless and comfy. Really appreciate the set up to make coffee and tea since it was quite cold in the evenings and mornings. The fire pit was nice for that too. We stayed at an older spot last year so this felt like a night and day difference. Would def look into staying again :)

First off the property from the exterior looks clean. Sadly the interior isn’t exactly what the pictures make it out to be. The a/c didn’t work very well. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom renovation was poorly done. The toilet is old and very low to the ground. The shower had mildew. There was no where to hang your clothes. The room had a musty smell to it. And the room was very small. I was bummed because the pictures really make it seem like the renovations are great and the room is going to be very nice. Paid to much for our stay.
