The breakfast was good, but the lounge was too cold to enjoy our breakfast. Our room heater didn’t work, however we were supplied a floor heater It would be nice to add some hooks in the bathroom around the shower. Our smoke detector went off with beeping a couple times each night only.

The property is conveniently located a block from down town Solvang strip. The picture online don’t capture what the entire place is. The courtyard, bar and leisure area is newer. Rooms are clean and updated. NOTE this is no more than a 3 star facility. It is essentially an updated motel with a facelift- think Holiday Inn. The walls are thin and traffic noise echos. The primary shortcoming is the front desk staff who is disinterested and not helpful. They will check you in but that’s all. No explanation of WiFi, facilities, restaurant/bar. This needs attention.

Nice hotel

We were passing through Solvang and stayed here one night. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! It was walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Due to our stay being only one night, we did not try the nice on-site bar or restaurant. We’d stay here again!

The property is just on the outside of downtown Solvang, so it’s a perfect place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be staying there for the future trips to that area.

So so

I didn’t feel like a “ Hilton”. Had to request a luggage rack, only one arm chair to sit in. The bedding was great as usual but the outside hall/balcony made it noisy when people walked by. The restaurant didn’t have much seating so had to sit at the bar for breakfast.
