Villa Belle Mer- Executive Pool Residence

Summary:
Welcome to Villa Belle Mer- Located within the desirable Chateux Sur Mer community, this executive residence received a $1.5MM facelift in 2023. From fit to finish, only the highest grade materials and decor were used in the renovation. Capable of sleeping 14 guests and featuring two master quarters and two guest quarters with a lagoon style pool and spa and chefs kitchen to boot, this home is truly exceptional. Free golf cart for guests to use during their stay!

The Space:
Come be one of the first to enjoy the splendor of this property, an excellent testament of the renaissance to come on Sanibel following Hurricane Ian in 2022. This home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are master quarters and all of which located on opposing corners of the house. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both feature king and queen bed, respectively, and bathrooms with dual vanities and walk in showers, the larger bathroom also featuring a soaking tub and dual walk in closets. Guest bedroom one features two bunk beds, perfect for sleeping children within. Guest bathroom one features a shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing children in. Guest bedroom two is an office/bedroom hybrid and features a queen sized fold down Murphy bed and working area, perfect for sleeping members of the family that stay up late working. Guest bathroom two is located off of guest bedroom two and features a walk in shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for overflow guests. Up to 12 guests can sleep in bedrooms with an additional capacity of 2 guests in the living room on the sleeper sofa.

Also includes high end street legal 6 seater golf cart as of November 2024!

Beautiful house and even better location!

Gorgeous home! Everything you could possibly want in a vacation home! 7 minutes to the beach! Our dog was in heaven! We were able to grill every night. The pool is heated perfectly. The master bedroom is amazing!
