About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Where the restless come to rest and play

The sights, sounds and scents attest you’re in the tropics. And this ground-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath, handicap-friendly condo offers it all. For lazing in the sun, you’re but moments from the beach out the front lanai or sundeck out the back. For more active pursuits, Sanibel Arms West abuts the 26-mile bike path and offers pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, exercise room, the island’s only screened-and-heated pool and a dock for boating. You’re steps from gas grills for cooking. For indoor cooking, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The unit has robust Wi-Fi, TVs with cable in the living room and bedrooms, washer-dryer, recliner and comfy sofabed. Want more amenities? Beach towels, beach chairs, community room with adjacent ice-maker and filtered water dispenser, more shells than you can imagine and arguably the tallest palm tree on the island.
