Our cozy apartment is located on a second floor of the main house (not is a condo), with space for up 3 guests in a double bed (full size) and a bathroom. The bedroom has a TV with Roku and wi-fi. Our Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay, a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils. Also we have an iron, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Aparment's AC is on the bedroom (a mini-split unit). Living area (Shared with kitchen ) is equipped with a “daybed” (2 individual size), air condition and ceiling fan

Sunset Breeze Prívate Apartment is the ideal base camp to enjoy all the comforts and all the fun things you can do in Puerto Rico. We are located approximately 15-20 minutes by car from the airport and the tourist area of Isla Verde 🏖. It offers an outdoor terrace with Jacuzzi, bar and patio set for 3 people in short (no adecuado para menores de 12 años), what you need to enjoy a pleasant sunny day, a beautiful sunset or enjoy the cool night breeze in a romantic evening in this pleasant space. Sunset Breeze Prívate Apartment is a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a slight modern decoration, 1 bathroom, living room-kitchen and an outdoor terrace. Sunset Breeze Apartment can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. We have another apartment right next door with the same descriptions and amenities that could be available if you plan to add more than 3 guests to your reservation; under Sunrise Breeze Private Apartment 2
IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is strictly for a maximum of 3 guests ( no menores de 12 años) at any given time. Visitors are not allowed as they are considered as guests.
1 room with Full Size bed, air conditioning, 32" Smart TV. In the room, which is a common area for guests of this unit, it has a "day bed" (individual size) furniture and a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Kitchen equipped with stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, among others. In the living room you will find a breakfast table for 2 people. 1 Bathroom it has hot water (it is a line heater the water does not come out boiling since these heaters work with water pressure and we are in a second level the pressure is lower) shampoo dispenser, conditioner, bath gel. This beautiful and comfortable apartment has an outdoor terrace with a patio table with 2 chairs, a bar area with 2 stools.
We have added all the comforts to make you feel that it is your home away from home. There are no common areas that are shared with other guests, the whole apartment will be for you and your guests, which will give them a lot of privacy. You will find all the basic kitchen utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals. You can also enjoy Wi-Fi at home (Don't forget to bring your Netflix passwords and so on). Anyway, you will feel at home.
Once on the property you will have access to the entire apartment including its terrace. There are 2 individual apartments, each one has its own amenities, so it is requested and it is forbidden to cross or jump the protective railings to access the other accommodation and/or neighboring areas. In front of the entrance door of each apartment there is a small square that should not stay there since it interrupts the entrance and privacy of the other guests.
I will be available by messages through the platform from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm messages after that time will be answered the next day as soon as possible. On the first level there are long-term residents and it is the residence of the owners feel free to greet because although the owners do not speak English they love to interact with their guests. If you have any questions or need recommendations, they must be requested by the platform with the main host to guarantee the space and privacy of the owners as well as that of our guests.
Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments strives to offer first-class service and amenities to ensure that our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All our properties are equipped with freshly washed sheets and towels. We offer 1 bath towels per guest and 1 Beach towel per guest. If you stay more than 5 nights, we can arrange a change of towels (it may have an additional cost), subject to availability. NO WASH TOWEL NO HAND TOWEL
Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments offers the disposable amenities necessary to make your vacation start comfortably. These amenities include Hand Soap, Bath Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 small amount of dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We do not offer unlimited available amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up on anything else that may be necessary during your stay.
The property does not have an electric generator. AEE infrastructure is fragile so you could experience power outages over which we have no control even so the accommodation has a battery flashlight for any eventuality. We do not offer reimbursement for any type of event that is out of our control, that is, interruptions of electricity, water, internet etc.
Netflix & Roku will work with the guest's account, remember to bring your password.
On the first level of this accommodation is the residence of the owner family (when stay in PR); who love to interact with guests so feel free to say hello. We would appreciate it if any request and/or communication is through messages through the platform with the main host.
Sunset Breeze Apartments is located in a residential urbanization in the Carolina area with easy access to the main avenues and just 7-10 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) and the tourist area of Isla Verde. Being a non-tourist residential area, you can experience contact with nature, neighbors in their daily lives like good Puerto Ricans. You will find bakeries, cafes, supermarket, gas station, pharmacy among others just minutes walk away (at affordable prices because it is not a tourist area).

Because the house is located in a residential area (non-tourist) and is in contact with nature (nearby plants and trees), keep in mind that you can find mosquitoes, bugs, domestic animals (cats, dogs), our typical "rooster" (Sing very early), among others around the facility (the facility has gates and there are privacy walls around We recommend closing doors and windows to prevent the entry of insects.
