We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would not hesitate to book again. From start to finish, Sammy was an exceptional host: incredibly responsive, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our trip special. It's rare to find a host who goes above and beyond the way Sammy does. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. For beach lovers, the location is unbeatable; the beach is literally just across the street, and Sammy had everything you could need already stocked: chairs, towels, and gear ready to go. We were in the water within minutes of walking out the door. The surrounding neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with a great variety of restaurants nearby. Don Tako quickly became our family favorite, we ended up going back more than once! We never felt like we needed to drive just to find a great meal.That said, the location is also ideal for day trips. San Juan and El Yunque are both easy drives, and we fit both into our stay without any stress. We always felt completely safe in the area, which as parents meant a lot to us. The pool was absolutely perfect for our young kids. The terrace is incredibly spacious and we enjoyed our time on it with a beautiful view. If you’re looking for getaway with a host who truly delivers, look no further.
