Close to airport, shuttle to airport, next door to Walmart, several good dining options. The breakfast options at the hotel, in the lobby area, could have felt better, food was out in the open, no sneeze guards, no egg or protien option on one buffet, oatmeal was cooked in milk, not the most popular serving method. Microwave in room would help.

Staff is amazing! Rooms are nice and modern. We stayed the night we arrived in CR and the night before we left. There is a Walmart next to the hotel for affordable essentials. They kindly let us check in early. There is a parking lot for your car with a guard. The neighborhood is not very safe, we felt like taking a walk around the block, wasn’t the best idea. Best to stick to the hotel and the Walmart.

We arrived late and tired. The receptionist was great and efficient. The most important thing I want to say is I left my earbuds attached to the charger and was in a rush to check out so missed grabbing them. I didn't realize it until several days later. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and they had them! I told them when I would be returning and the hotel had them ready for me! I was grateful and amazed to get them back!

There was mold all over the bathroom tile and the shower curtain was installed too high so we had an flood in the bathroom trying to take a shower (soaked through 3 towels) There was almost no light in the room to read by. I could sit at the desk to read but not in bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the only mirror was in the bathroom. I had to set up my iPad as a backwards camera just to dry my hair. The restaurant would not serve eggs after 10am and while the waitstaff bent over backwards to try to come up with something for us to eat the meal of cheese quesadillas, fruit bowl and coffee cost $60. A bit expensive for a quick breakfast.

This hotel was super convenient to the airport. Our stay was a quick overnight one but we found the staff to be wonderful and very helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The dining was enjoyable, had a great selection of food, was opened late which was perfect for us as we arrived late. There is many more conveniences available as well that we weren’t able to use because of our time restriction but I believe are a plus for travellers.

Great place to stay for an early morning flight!

Hotel right by the airport with a free shuttle. Then we Uber in to the downtown area and had a wonderful afternoon and evening. The staff was very excellent and accommodating.

We got what we needed, a comfortable stay at the airport after our late arrival. The room was clean and the breakfast was great - I really appreciated the cooked to order omelet or eggs. We did not explore other facilities as we checked out in the morning. We will stay here again on the way back, before an early morning flight.
